Dr. Teerapat Sanguankotchakorn was recently appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Banpu Public Company Limited at its Annual General Meeting which took place last month.

Dr. Teerapat’s major role is to supervise and make decisions on the policies regarding IT and Telecommunication Infrastructure for the whole organization, which reflects his area of expertise and professional credit. Regarding his new appointment, Dr. Teerapat feels “the responsibility and accountability to the academic as well as industrial community.”
Dr. Teerapat has also served at a number of public and private organizations, including being a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and a member of the Board of Governors of Thai Public Broadcasting Service (ThaiPBS).
